1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible products within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • The product is not a digital item, custom-made, or perishable, as these are non-returnable unless defective.
  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@getdigitalbazar.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable, e.g., for damaged items).
  2. Receive Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the product securely, include the RMA number, and ship it to the provided address within 7 days of approval. Use a trackable shipping method.

Note: Returns sent without an RMA number or to an incorrect address will not be processed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • Standard Returns: For eligible, non-defective products returned within 30 days, we will issue a refund for the product price, excluding original shipping fees.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping fees, upon verification.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Digital products, custom orders, or perishable goods are non-refundable unless defective or as required by law.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Standard Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid shipping label for verified defective or incorrect items.
  • International Returns: Additional customs fees or duties incurred during return shipping are your responsibility.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@getdigitalbazar.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Non-Delivery

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, issue a refund or replacement.

8. Policy Exceptions
